Get married at Meldahls Rådhus

Get married in the heart of the historical Fredericia in the beautiful settings of Meldahls Rådhus (the former City Hall).

Say your vows in one of Fredericias most remarkable buildings, right by the square Bülows Plads. From Meldahls Rådhus you are only a few hundred metres from the Little Belt, Fredericia's favourite beach Østerstrand and the lovely, green ramparts that surround the city. Furthermore, there is only a short distance to the many hotels and restaurants of the Fredericia area. So there are plenty of options for wedding photos and parties nearby.

Meldahls Rådhus is from 1860 and was built by architect Ferdinand Meldahl who is also known for Marmorkirken (the Marble Church) in Copenhagen. Meldahls Rådhus is considered one of Meldahl's finest works. The building was Fredericia's city hall from 1860 untill a new city hall was built in the 1960's.
