Where Nature Meets Performing Arts in Fredericia
As you walk through the Snoghøjgård Park, you may notice a yellow building with a tall spir - this is Snoghøj Folk High School, an architectural gem that has been a folk high school since 1913. First a fisheries school, then a gymnastics school for women, it is now focused on performing arts.
This area also has historical significance: from the Middle Ages until the opening of the first Old Little Belt Bridge in 1935, it was an important ferry crossing to Funen.
