RYES Pavillon is an outdoor summer dining spot at Ryes Square in Fredericia, created through a collaboration between two neighbouring restaurants on the square: Levente Nyitrai from Restaurant Carlos and Frederik Rasmussen from Freddies Bar & Nightclub.

The dining spot is open during the summer season and is centrally located in Fredericia, just a few steps from Danmarksgade and Gothersgade, surrounded by the city's many restaurants and cafés.

Together, the two neighbours have created a pavilion that completes the lively square atmosphere at Ryes Square.

Food from Carlos, Drinks from Freddies

At RYES Pavillon, you get the best of both neighbours in one place. The food comes from the kitchen at Restaurant Carlos, while drinks and cocktails are served by Freddies Bar & Nightclub.

The result is a relaxed outdoor experience where great food and drinks come together in the middle of the square – one of the dining spots in Fredericia that truly captures the feeling of summer.
