Accommodation at Trelde Næs
Trelde Næs has two shelter areas, and the northern one is called Shelter Location North. Shelter Location North is located close to the Avlsgården farmhouse on the north side of Trelde Næs towards Vejle Fjord. The site has two pleasant shelters that can be booked individually and a landscaped fire pit.
Shelter Location North is only 300 metres from the Trelde Næs car park.

Practical information
Booking: You can book the North shelter via this link or via the green booking button on the right. The price is DKK 30 per person per night.
Toilet facilities: There is access to water and a (disabled) toilet at one end of the farmhouse by the car park. You will also find toilets at the Trelde Næs Nature Centre, which is located down towards the beach, a few minutes' walk from the car park. These are usually open all year round, but may be closed during periods of hard frost.
Bathing facilities: You can purchase a shower at Trelde Næs Camping, which is a short distance from the shelter site.
Tent plot: Shelter Location North has a small grassy area that can be used for pitching tents. The campsite is free and can be used even if you have not booked a shelter. Read more about the campsite here!
If you want to build a fire on your shelter trip, there is firewood by the farmhouse, about 50 metres up the forest path towards the other shelter location, Shelter Location South. Firewood costs DKK 25 and must be paid to MobilePay no. 953318.
