The sea eagle wood sculpture is located in the scenic area of Rands Fjord near the Kringsminde Farm Museum and is part of the story about the area's nature.

Wood Sculpture Inspired by the Natural Area of Rands Fjord

The motif of the wood sculpture is inspired by Rands Fjord, the large natural area located near Kringsminde. Here, a population of sea eagles lives and breeds, and it is these majestic creatures that have inspired the sea eagle at Kringsminde.

Rands Fjord is particularly known for its sea eagles, which can be experienced from the trails in the area and from the special bird tower, from which there is a fantastic view.

The Sea Eagle, the Owl, and the Black Woodpecker - Wood Sculptures in Fredericia

The sea eagle is one of three wood sculptures found in and around Fredericia.

In addition to the sea eagle at Kringsminde, you can also hunt for the Owl in Fuglsang Forest and the Woodpecker at Trelde Næs. Common to the three wood sculptures is that they are inspired by the wildlife in the natural area where they are located.

All wood sculptures are made by the local artist Mariane Ladegaard Jensen.

The Kringsminde Farm Museum is located in the middle of Nature Park Lillebælt and is part of the nature park's communication about the nature in the area. The Farm Museum is part of Nature Park Lillebælt's new development plan and will be further developed over the next few years.
